The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and return policy.
Shipping: All orders are made & processed within 2-10 business days. Orders are shipped out AFTER they have been processed. Shipping takes about 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow full processing time before reaching out to customer service concerning your order. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER! IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING A RESHIP FEE. Simone Essentials is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the postal service/carrier for any information regarding any delivery issues. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
If your item is damaged please reach out to simone.essentials1@gmail.com within 48 hours with a picture of the damaged item with order number so that we can resolve this issue.
